ok well i described the diagram it is a square starting from the top left corner going clockwise the letters are M A T H, L cuts across diaganolly from a to t and line m cut across the middle horrizontally. I think the R stands for reflection but I dont under stand how to reflect it or what i am reflecting

As the words freshwater supply becomes increasingly limited, people in some countries suggest more schemes to get water. one suggestion is to tow icebergs from the North Atlantic Ocean, near Greenland, through the Mediterranean sea, to the Middle East. what would be some disadvantages, and some advantages to this scheme?
