Open Question: Is the urine in the distal tubule dilute or concentrated? (kidney nephron)?

I first thought it would be concentrated since it's towards the end of the nephron but another source said "The fluid in the lumen at the end of the distal tubule is hypo-osmotic (ie dilute urine)" so now I'm confused.

So I'm having a little difficulty understanding exactly what the z critical value and the z obtained are. This is what I think it is, am I right? would you be able to summarize it in your words, even if I am right? Thanks so much! the z critical value is the z score at which scores are rejected the z obtained is the difference, in z score, between the score of the control group and the experimental group
